6. USE RESTRICTIONS

8. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

Our services are provided “as-is”, without warranties of any kind. Xtramiles disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, Xtramiles will not be liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
Your sole remedy is limited to the services expressly promised by Xtramiles.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Xtramiles may update or change these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected here, and your continued use constitutes acceptance. Please review periodically.

10. TERMINATION

You may terminate your use anytime by discontinuing use. Xtramiles may suspend or terminate services at its discretion, without notice, and without liability.
